Mike Rogers Holds Up to $2.6 Million in Companies That Stand to Gain From the AI Build-Out. Days After That Came Out, He Called for a Moratorium.
A Lever investigation found Rogers holds $1.7 to $2.6 million in companies positioned to profit from the AI build-out, including a stake in a Blackstone trust that is 29 percent data centers while Blackstone helps build a $16 billion data center near Ann Arbor. In March he endorsed Trump's plan to speed up data center permitting. On August 20 he called for a one-year moratorium.
