In 2025, Lindell's media company LindellTV supported Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill," which was estimated to kick 17 million Americans off their health insurance — including 161,000 Minnesotans losing coverage and 108,000 Medicaid recipients cut by 2034. The same bill triggered $500 billion in Medicare cuts.
LindellTV opposed Medicaid expansion and the Affordable Care Act, calling them "riddled with fraud." More than 151,000 Minnesotans were enrolled in ACA marketplace plans.

In 2025, Lindell and his media company praised Trump's tariffs — saying they were "bringing back respect to America on the world stage" — even as the U.S. stock market crashed and tariffs were causing rising prices and dooming Minnesota's agricultural industry, oil imports, and the ore industry.
As a candidate for governor, Lindell declared "I'm very pro-tariff," insisting "it works…in the long term it's gonna work great."

Minnesota has 20,000 federal workers and 1.15 million Social Security recipients. Mike Lindell promoted DOGE while it gutted services for Minnesotans.

LindellTV promoted DOGE even as DOGE cuts were affecting the federal government's ability to deliver services to the 1.15 million Minnesotans who rely on Social Security, cut funding for AmeriCorps and affordable housing nonprofits, threatened 20,000 federal employees, and closed 11 federal offices in Minnesota.
Lindell's campaign platform promised to cut "wasteful spending" — including income, business, and sales taxes — even though Minnesota state tax revenue primarily funded education and health and human services.

Minnesota voters chose to protect abortion rights in state law. Mike Lindell said he would "absolutely" try to change that.

Lindell is an anti-abortion extremist who said he would "absolutely" try to change Minnesota's abortion law and said he "100 percent" would "like to" restrict abortion access. In 2019, Lindell financed "Unplanned," a Christian anti-abortion film that contained scientifically inaccurate depictions of abortions and was intended to "trigger 'the cultural moment that overturns Roe v. Wade.'"

Mike Lindell is America's most prominent 2020 election conspiracy theorist — and courts found he defamed voting machine companies with his false claims.

Lindell financially supported January 6 organizers, spread voter fraud theories, and called January 6 a leftist "setup." Both Dominion and Smartmatic sued Lindell for defamation; a Minnesota judge found he defamed Smartmatic with false claims about voting machines.
Lindell offered $5 million to anyone who could prove the "election data" he was peddling was fake. A software expert did exactly that — and when Lindell refused to pay up, a federal judge ordered him to pay the $5 million.
And the man who made "election integrity" his life's mission? In July 2026 — days after Trump endorsed him for governor — the Star Tribune revealed that Lindell was not registered to vote in Minnesota. He holds an active voter registration in Texas, where he lived and voted in 2024, and told the paper he didn't know whether he was registered in the state he wants to govern.

Mike Lindell promoted a deadly plant poison as a COVID-19 cure — one he personally stood to profit from.

In 2020, Lindell promoted oleandrin — derived from a "deadly plant poison" — as a COVID-19 treatment, even though it was toxic and potentially fatal, not properly tested, and not peer reviewed. Lindell served on the board of the company that manufactured oleandrin — standing to profit if it won approval.
