He tells lawmakers to hide behind scripted phone calls where they can screen the questions and hang up on tough constituents. On his own tele-town hall he told a voter that Medicaid cuts were just rumors, then voted for those exact cuts weeks later. He is too cowardly to face the people he claims to represent, and he's helping the rest of his party do the same.
