Wisconsin Republican Derrick Van Orden is supposed to represent everyone in his district, including his Muslim constituents. Instead he went on a radio show and claimed Islam is "fundamentally incompatible with American life." When a Wisconsin Muslim civic group called him out, he didn't apologize — he told reporters Islam is "a violent religion," compared his own constituents to the Taliban, and refused to say whether he views the Muslim Americans he represents any differently. It's time to vote him out.
