Carol Miller is begging Washington for $250 million to fix a public health emergency in her own district. In nine West Virginia counties, tap water is so toxic it ruins appliances, stains clothes and gives families painful skin rashes, and many residents spend hundreds of dollars a month on bottled water just to survive. Back in 2021, she voted no on the infrastructure bill that fully funded these exact clean water programs. She is backing Donald Trump while his administration works to gut that same EPA water fund by 80%, and when she went back to ask for scraps, she got rejected.
