Trump's ICE spent over $1 billion on 11 warehouses to turn into immigrant detention centers, with zero strategy, and is already trying to sell seven of them. The nonpartisan GAO found ICE flushed more than $20 million on utilities and security for buildings it can't even use, after congressional Republicans handed it a $45 billion blank check with no plan and no oversight.
