A crypto super PAC funded by Coinbase, Ripple and venture capitalists is spending millions to keep 19 House Republicans in power, and every one of them voted to loosen the rules on their billionaire donors, after more than 80 consumer and civil rights groups warned the bill exposes everyday Americans to fraud and predatory scams. French Hill, Bryan Steil and Bill Huizenga wrote and sponsored it, and now they're getting a million dollars each to stay in office.
