Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican running for governor of Ohio, was caught on tape saying he doesn't like the existence of Social Security and Medicaid payments. He has repeatedly called the creation of Medicare and Medicaid a historic mistake, and his plan for Social Security is to gamble it in the stock market. As governor he would oversee the Medicaid program that covers nearly half of Ohio's kids — a program he admitted he would love to end.
