When Congress had the chance to extend the tax credits keeping health care affordable, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Trent Kelly, Michael Guest and Mike Ezell all voted no, and about 70,000 Mississippians were forced to drop their coverage as monthly costs spiked by hundreds of dollars.
Seniors, retired teachers and working folks nearing retirement are now going without vital care. Mississippi deserves leaders who actually fight to keep us healthy.
