Roger Marshall's medical practice sued over 700 of his own patients over unpaid medical bills, charging them 18 percent interest and garnishing paychecks and bank accounts over bills as small as $101. His lawyers asked judges for arrest warrants, and at least 81 patients were thrown in jail. Today he is a multi-millionaire senator helping write our health care laws, and he says poor families "just don't want health care."
