Instead, Hill hides behind tightly controlled phone calls where he can screen callers and dodge real questions. He voted to strip away healthcare from 32,000 of his own constituents, stood by as $740 million in local federal grants were cancelled, and personally killed a cap on predatory bank overdraft fees. Taking questions from the people you represent is the bare minimum requirement of the job.
