A fake "Arkansas" PAC is trying to buy the election for Tom Cotton

A group called "Arkansans for Democracy and Justice" is flooding Arkansas with attack ads, but it is registered in Alabama, uses out-of-state vendors and hasn't received a single dime from actual Arkansans. It is a front funded entirely by a Virginia super PAC that has dumped $2.5 million into smearing Tom Cotton's opponent, Hallie Shoffner — a super PAC paid for by dark money groups, Big Tobacco, tech billionaires and Tom Cotton's own joint fundraising committee. Cotton can't run on his record, so out-of-state billionaires are trying to buy the election for him.
